With two stories of windows and a barrel vault ceiling in this open floor plan, window coverings provided a unique challenge. The owner wanted motorized window coverings in the space that were to be complete concealed from view. Working with the architect and builder, we were able to create pockets above the barrel vault to conceal the shade mechanisms for a beautiful hidden installation.
Requirements:
- Motorized window treatments in all common spaces with the rollers completely concealed.
- Whole house lighting control
- All technology was to be hidden from view as much as possible
- Audio through the whole house
- Dedicated theater room
- Complete security and surveillance system with remote access
